The sign-in email is usually sent within 60 seconds of requesting it. But if you haven't received it within 60 seconds, the most common reasons are:
Your email host has a strict security measure in place that is blocking our emails from landing in your inbox (ie, bitninja.io, Outlook, etc).
Email address was mistyped.
The sign-in email is going into your spam/junk folder.

If you whitelist [email protected] and it still doesn't work, then send us an email and our team will investigate.
