Note: Before submitting a scenario to Quickli, ensure that you have enabled the Quickli integration in MyCRM by following these steps.

  1. Make sure you have linked your Quickli account to MyCRM by subscribing to the integration under the Profile Management section on the Service Plans page of MyCRM. Once linked, you will see the "Send to Quickli" button on all of your residential applications.

  2. Make sure all required information in the application is filled out in MyCRM, including the deal name, deal type, and selecting the appropriate products.

Note: Currently, the integration is one-way, pushing data from MyCRM to Quickli to create a new scenario. Edits in Quickli won't sync back to MyCRM, so ensure your data in MyCRM is as complete as possible before pushing it to Quickli.

  3. After completing the application in MyCRM, you will need to click the "Send to Quickli" button in MyCRM. This action triggers and captures and migrates over 200 data fields to Quickli.

Once this process is finished, a launch success message will appear. Once you have done this step, You can stay on the page or jump back into MyCRM.

  4. Review your scenarios in Quickli and ensure the deal names align with your application naming convention for easy reference. Make necessary adjustments, particularly for government payments, student debt, and investment expenses. Verify data accuracy by manually entering details in fields where necessary.

  5. After reviewing the application, proceed to work on the scenario in Quickli. Click on the lender to access policy insights, quick reference links to the tools, and view the lender insights within the Quickli platform.

  6. Use the export button to download lender-specific serviceability calculations.

Note: Best practice to keep the record uploaded in MyCRM in your document section.

To upload the document to MyCRM, open the documents tab of the deal and select Lenders Debt Servicing Spreadsheet / Loan Worksheet as the document type.

Just a heads up: If the Send to Quickli button in MyCRM doesn’t open the right deal in Quickli straight away, try going to the Existing Scenarios page and you should be able to find the deal you’re looking for there 🤓
