Close enough is not good enough

Quickli strives for perfect accuracy for even the most complex scenarios.

Here are some the areas we know brokers are most concerned about and how Quickli is handling them to maintain perfect accuracy:

  • Negative gearing: Input all the normal data like investment properties, loan details, rental income, inv expenses, and ownership splits and we match exactly what each lender does... Exactly.

  • Living expense categories: HEM-comparable and non HEM-comparable can vary from lender to lender. Every single category has been properly accounted for by Quickli. We know about the few lenders that still lump most categories into HEM comparable and the couple lenders that don't capture inv expenses.

  • Accurate product rates: We not only have product rates built in for each lender but we've also built in highly accurate discretionary pricing for CBA, ANZ, NAB, Westpac & St George/Bank of Melb / BankSA. This means Quickli is using the right assessment rates every time.

  • HECS/HELP: Quickli has these repayments built in and auto calculated the same way quite a few of the lenders do. And for the lenders that don't do it automatically, we do it for you, but you can override our repayment with your own input.

  • Self-employed calculation method: Every lender has their own nuanced policy for how they calculate 2 years self employed income, including add backs. Quickli replicates these policy nuances and methods exactly. We're aware of the ones that only use the most recent year alone as their default method.

  • Updates: We have an entire team dedicated to maintaining the quality and accuracy of the calculators. They're tested every day. We're aware of lenders releasing new calcs the day they're released. Policy, new calcs, and rates, are checked and kept up to date nearly every day.

You don't need another close but still off tool. Try us out. Challenge us. If you think there's a discrepancy in the results let us know by hitting the flag button at the top of your results panel and we'll investigate straight away.
