EasyCalc Export

Automatically Export your inputs into the relevant servicing calculator with perfectly matching results with the click of a button!

Math Inside Input Fields

Put away your iPhone calculator. You can do any basic mathematical operations inside each numerical input field. For example, converting a weekly payslip figure of $2,000/wk into an annual salary, you need only input 2000*52 into the PAYG field. You can also use a k for a thousand and an m for a million (e.g. 95k is 95,000 and 1.25m is 1,250,000).

DTI Based Results

We're not only telling you if your deal services based on the normal monthly/annual surplus requirements, but we also tell you if the deal passes/fails based on each lenders specific DTI policy. Even the lenders that have those conditional DTI rules around LVR or monthly surplus or product type - yep we've got those covered too. You could see a monthly surplus but you fail on DTI. No more having to fiddle with researching pesky DTI rules.

Override Rate Field

If you're not too keen on the product rates we're using (they're on display in the results section) then you can override the rate we're using with your own rate.

Hide/Unhide Inputs

You notice a little 'eye' icon throughout Quickli. This allows you to hide/unhide that row or object and effectively remove those inputs from the calculations. For example, if you want to see if the deal works without that credit card or car loan, now you simply hide that liability without having to delete it (which would likely later on have to be re-entered).

Favouriting/Hiding Lenders

You can use the favourite (heart) and hide (eye) button next to the lenders to push them to the top and bottom of the results panel.

SLAs For Each Lender

Accurate and up to date application assessment SLAs for every lender on our panel.
