Quickli has actual product rates built in for every lender's variable rate for basic and package products as well as realistic and reasonable discretionary pricing discounts into the rates for the following lenders:

We expect the rates that have pricing discounts built in will be accurate within 0.10%.

Keep in mind, since the nature of discretionary discounts are discretionary, we cannot guarantee their accuracy every time.

The pricing discounts are obtained using the actual pricing tools for each lender, and are based on loan size, product type, OO v Inv, and LVR. The discretionary discounts are reviewed and updated roughly once a fortnight.
