Monthly Subscribers

(These steps are for Monthly subscribers only. If you are an Annual subscriber scroll down to the section for Annual Subscribers)

The quickest way for you to change your email is to Invite your new email address and Delete the old one you're not going to use anymore. And if you do it quick enough then our system won't generate any sort of prorated charge.

1. Firstly, you'll need to increase your Team Seats by one on your billing page so you can send the invite.

2. Once you've increased your Team Seats, go to your User Settings, enter your new email, select Owner from the Role drop down box and click Invite.

3. **THIS STEP IS VERY IMPORTANT**

IF YOU'RE COMPLETING THIS PROCESS ON ONE COMPUTER, AFTER YOU SEND THE INVITE MAKE SURE TO LOG OUT BEFORE YOU ACCEPT THE INVITE AS THE NEW USER.

If you do not log out before accepting the invite, you will be logged into your Quickli subscription under your old email.

4. When you've added your new email, you can now delete the old one by going to your Organisation Settings and clicking the garbage can icon next to your old email.

5. And then lastly, reduce your Team Seats back down to one. If you don't reduce your team seats back down to one, you'll be charged for an extra user.

Annual Subscribers

Quickli does not allow you to manually change your login email or the email of anybody associated with your subscription.

However, if you wish to update your email please contact us at [email protected] and we can update your email for you!

For security purposes, we'll need to send a quick confirmation to the email address we have on file to confirm that change request has been made and once we receive that confirmation we can change your email for you!

Reach out to us on the chat box if you need any further assistance ๐Ÿค“

Happy Calc'ing!
