Quickli only allows one device to be logged in using your email at a time and other devices will be logged out upon signing in on a new device. However, users should only have to sign in via email link once every 30 days or so.

The most common reasons for you being logged out automatically are:

  1. Your login session has expired after a long period of inactivity. You can check your login duration from your Security Page.

  2. Logging in on multiple devices, eg. A work computer and a personal computer/phone/tablet. If you are logging in on multiple devices often, you can either link your Google or LinkedIn information to avoid the email sign in link altogether. Click here to learn more about that.

  3. Sharing your login credentials with a co-worker (A big no-no. Read more about our T&Cs πŸ‘ˆπŸ» here).

  4. Having multiple profiles inside of your chrome browser could cause the cookies session to delete if you close out the profile using Quickli, resulting in being logged out of Quickli.

  5. You've cleared your browser/cookie history.

If more than one person requires access to Quickli, we recommend adding them to your Quickli Org as a new user. They can be invited to the Organisation for monthly subscribers here and annual subscribers here.
