How to add a user (Monthly Subscription)

Steps for adding a user if you're an Monthly Subscriber

To add a new user, first increase the number of Team Seats on your billing page

Once you've increased your Team Seats, hop over to your User Page, enter the email of the person you're inviting and click Invite.

Things to know when adding a new user

  1. As it has a direct impact on your billing, only Users with Owner permission can add users.

  2. Adding another user will incur a fee.

  3. Your billing won't be affected until the new user has accepted the invite.

  4. Adding a new user in the middle of your billing cycle will make your first invoice appear a little higher than usual because your first invoice after adding the new user will include their monthly subscription fee PLUS any days they were active on the plan before your renewal date.   5. Add as many users as you need, whenever you need them

  6. If the person you're inviting has NEVER created a Quickli account before, they'll be prompted to set one up after the accept your invite.

  7. Scenarios for new users will be automatically assigned to the Main Group. If you want to keep your scenarios screen neat and tidy, setup Teams! Find out more about that here.
