Setting up Teams in Quickli will help keep your Organisations scenario screen neat and tidy so brokers don't see other users scenarios.

How it works

Only users who have been place inside Team A would be able to see and work on scenarios that are created and assigned to Team A and would not be able to see scenarios in Team B if they are not added to Team B by an Admin user in their organisation.

How to set it up

  1. Click Settings in the menu on the left, in the bottom left corner

  2. Click Organisation

  3. Scroll down to Manage Teams, enter the team name and click Create Team.

  4. Click on the drop down menu to Add Users to the team.

How to retroactively assign scenarios

  1. Click on Scenarios in the menu on the left

  2. Click on the drop down box in the Team field and assign it to the proper team

Things to note:

  • Only Owner users can control which users exist in which Teams.

  • A single user can exist in as many Teams as is necessary for your company. There's no limit.

  • Teams have no impact on billing. You do not pay more or less for Teams.

  • Deleting a Team deletes all the scenarios in that Team (not advisable)
