Quickli is a servicing calculator that strives to bring you perfect accuracy.

And we're not talking "a little more accurate" than other servicing calcs. We want to be to the dollar accurate.

So if something looks incorrect with your servicing, here's a few things you can try:

Use the EasyCalc Export feature

This feature will export all of your Quickli data to most of the lenders on our panel exactly how the lenders want it so you don't have to stress about double data entry.

Note: If you're servicing a deal with either ANZ, St. George, ME Bank or Firstmac ignore this step and report your issue to us immediately. The EasyCalc isn't available for the lenders yet but will be soon.

Compare your EasyCalc Results

If your EasyCalc export matches what you see in Quickli but does not match a lender calc you've downloaded from a lender website and completed manually, double check the spreadsheet you've prepared manually to see if you've inputted your data into the correct fields.

9/10 if there's a difference between a spreadsheet you downloaded from Quickli and a spreadsheet you downloaded and prepared manually from a lender website, it's due to how you've entered your data into the spreadsheet you downloaded from the lender website.

Technical Limitations

Make sure you're not ignoring any Technical Limitations.

These limitations are technical things that Quickli cannot interact with and that you need to complete manually before assessing your results. For example, when downloading an NAB calc Quickli will prompt you to complete the drop down section in the spreadsheet you downloaded using the EasyCalc export that corresponds to the household section.

Without completing this section in the NAB calc, your results may differ. However, completing this section will ensure matching results.

How to Report An Issue

If after completing these steps you still don't see a matching result please report that to our Quality Assurance team and they will investigate and get back to you ASAP.

Sending through your issue via this flag button on top of your lender panel is super easy and helps us stay on top of things.

Any issues or questions, you can reach out to our Support team through the chat box in the bottom right hand of your screen ๐Ÿค“
