To accommodate the new Special Low Buffer Assessment Rate options some lenders are offering, we've introduced a button under the โš ๏ธ Special Buffer Information dropdown at the bottom of the Proposed Home Loan section.

Why is the Low Buffer not showing up?

Quickli is checking your customers eligibility for each lender before we apply the lower buffer. This could mean we aren't using the lower buffer rate even though you've toggled on the buffer button. We usually put a warning/note as to why the buffer isn't being applied, example shown below.
