Construction Loans

At the moment, Quickli does not have any Construction loan policy built into our system.

When it comes to servicing for construction loans, to ensure you’re inputting the proposed loan details correctly, you’ll need to check policy for each lender.

You can use the override rate field (in the proposed loan section) to enter a construction loan rate.

We’re hoping in the future to have a larger product database that can support construction loan products according to each lenders policy.
