How to delete a user

Navigate Quickli to delete a user from your Organisation

You can delete a user by going to your Organisation Page and then click the garbage can icon next to the email you want to remove from your Organisation.

Then reduce your Team Seats by one on your billing page. You're charged based on the number of seats you have not the number of users so if you don't reduce your team seats by one, you'll be charged for an extra user.

If your Organisation doesn't have Team Seats yet, you can delete a user from your Organisation by going to Users > Manage Users and click the garbage can icon next to the email you want to delete ๐Ÿ—‘๏ธ

Things to know when deleting a user

  1. As it has a direct impact on your billing, only Users with Owner permission can delete users.

  2. Deleting a user will not delete their scenarios. If the user was in a specific team, deleting them will not delete their team.

  3. Deleting a user in the middle of your billing cycle for both annual and monthly subscriptions will result in a credit that will be applied to your next invoice.

  4. You can delete a user at any time.
